1. What data we receive
Your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
2. Why we use it
To answer your requests, keep parents and school representatives informed about school meals (menus, payments, notices), and to conclude and perform contracts.
3. WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp Business to communicate. Messages are delivered through Meta Platforms services under their terms. We do not send promotional messages without your consent. To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” in the chat or contact us.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Storage and security
We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, and we take organisational and technical measures to protect it.
6. Your rights
